| Will of Henry Alguire son of Martin Alguire & Eva Hone Dec.7,1868 transcribed by Sue & Brian Myers ©2000 In the name of God Amen I Henry Alguire of the Township of Osnabruck in the County of Stormont and Province of Ontario yeoman of Sane Mind and Memory do the seventh day of December in the year One thousand eight hundred and sixty eight make publish and declare this instrument to be my last will and testament in manner and form following that is to say First - I give devise and bequeath to my son Barney Alguire my homestead containing by admeasurement Ten acres of land being composed of a part of the Centre Commons in the fourth concession of the said Township of Osnabruck to hold to him and his heirs and assigns absolutely forever subject however to the payment of all my just debts I may owe at the time of my decease my funeral expenses and the expenses of proving this my last Will and Testament Second - I have given to the remaining part of my family a share of my properties namely William Alguire, Freeman Alguire, Rodney Alguire, Philip Alguire, John Alguire, Michaek Alguire, Christiane Alguire, Margaret Alguire, Cercy Alguire, Sarah Alguire, Della Alguire, Nancy Alguire, in justice to my son Barney Alguire whom I expect to support me during my life. I cannot give my said children anything more of my property. I hereby constitute and appoint my two sons in law James H. Ruport and Frederick Ruport my executors to see to the intent of this my last Will and Testament fully performed and I hereby revoke and annul all former wills by me made and I declare this to be my last Will and Testament In witness thereof I hereunto set my hand and Seal the day and year above named Signed Sealed Published and Declared by the said testator as said for his his last Will and Testament in the presence Sd Henry X Alguire of us and in his presence and in the mark presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names Sd John Collins Sd J.J.Rombough It is not proven to date whether this Henry was Martin's or John's son, [No documentation found to date to prove his parentage] Henry had land & lived in Osnabruck Center Town. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
