Born at 705 Catherine Street on the north side of the house at 5:00 in the morning.
Theodore's father is Fridolia Herb born in 1833.
His wife is Celia born in 1843. Theodore's siblings are Anna (born 1878), John (born 1880), and William (born 1882).
Theodore's parents were both born in Germany. It looks like his mother Celia came to the USA in 1871 and his father Fridolia came to the USA 1848. Theodore's parents had another child that died.

When Theodore was 16 at the time of the 1900 census, he was a shoefinisher by occupation.

1920 he lived on 827 Park St with wife Rose. He was an Engineer, Steam Railway

1920 Census indicates that she came to US in 1892
She was never naturalized and my parents remember that she had to register every year at the postoffice or something like that.
It is interesting that she spelled her last name Rupert as "Ruprecht"
The address was 160 or 161 E. Onondaga St.
She worked for Telegraph company.
