Dougherty of 435 Dewitt st., a retired meat cutter, died yesterday at his home. He was a native of South Granby and had lived in Syracuse for 70 years. Mr. Dougherty was a member of the Holy Name society of St. Vincent de Paul's church and of the Amalgamated Meatcutters and Butchers Union, Local 1. Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Howard Dudley and Miss Christine F. Dougherty; two sons, Bernard F. and James H. Dougherty ; two sisters, Mrs. Margaret Haney and Miss Mary Dougherty; 12 grandchildren; a great-grandchild; and several nieces and nephews. Services will be at 9 a.m. Monday at the home and at 9:30 a.m. in St. Vincent de Paul's church.
